The Giggles
I spent yesterday with my daughter as she prepared meals and did laundry for the week.
I love the days I get to spend with her. We talk about her four boys, what they are doing in school and how they are growing and changing. They will be adults in the blink of an eye.
She shares their silly antics and the interactions with each other. As she describes each encounter she gets the giggles and can hardly finish each story. What is it about hearing your child laugh that brings such joy to life and warms the heart so completely?
If I had not been diagnosed with MS I maybe would’ve never experienced these precious moments. So, although I am in a wheelchair and require help with just about everything throughout my day, I am grateful for the silver lining that I have been given.
