I had another MRI today. I am not claustrophobic so I push through, even though it is not my favorite thing to do. We usually schedule at the UCH Anschutz campus but there is a newer location that is much easier to travel to with fewer traffic lights. My name was called almost immediately and the tech was professional and kind. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and had working headphones! Yay!

It must have been a newer machine as well because the normal horrendous knocking was not as annoying and we were done in about 40 minutes. I was so comfortable that I even dosed off in the middle of the test. My urologist is located there too so I was able to drop off a urine sample before we left. In and out in less than two hours.

My life is complicated, difficult and sometimes messy, but today? Today was a blessing.
