About Me

Hello disability world!
My name is Marita. I am 62 years old and have been living with Multiple Sclerosis since February of 2006.
I have created this blog to share ideas, tips and advice to those of you who are navigating MS or any other debilitating disease that requires assistive devices to function in this crazy, non-adaptable world. Whether you are struggling with walking, tripping, upper body strength, pain, fatigue, transferring or just trying to live your best life despite the limitations that interrupt daily normalcy, I hope you will benefit from my posts and experiences after nearly 20 years of living with Multiple Sclerosis. I will share my struggles and triumphs with humor and truth, and promise never to sugarcoat the reality of living with these limitations and challenges that MS has dealt me.
Please join me on this journey!

It has been our privilege to have met this amazing and awe inspiring lady. And one that I’m proud to call a friend. We all have disabilities most we don’t see but they are there. God will guide us through.
