It can be very difficult to find anything humorous when your life and health is a constant battle everyday. 

Pain, weakness, isolation, anxiety and depression can easily take over every other thought and emotion we experience.

I am extremely fortunate that I am married to a man that can find humor in just about every situation. He can make me laugh even on my worst days.

Driving to a doctor appointment in a fast developing part of town, we passed a recently opened Dutch Brothers coffee shop. He commented “What a stupid place for a Dutch Brothers paint store”. Oh my gosh, immediate laughter from me. I can’t pass by a Dutch Brothers coffee shop without bursting into laughter, to the embarrassment of him.

How different my life would be without this one of a kind man by my side.
